Life isn’t always straightforward, and sometimes we need some help to make sense of the past and present.
I provide a safe space to listen, reflect on and explore whatever difficulties you may be facing. Issues that I can help with include anxiety, low mood, depression, anger, low self esteem, relationship challenges, bullying, academic pressure, school refusal, transitions, loss, bereavement, identity and trauma. I’m also able to offer parent consultations.
